As a result, the popular “Anaerobic Exercise and Rest” series now receives its new chapter! Then six rounds of countdown rest were carried out, with durations increasing gradually from 15 seconds to 1 minute and 50 seconds. Finally, I timed another rest without countdown. She struggled till 2 minutes and 15 seconds mark before I had to release her. Ummm, there’s a little bit of improvement. Xiaomeng lay on the bed for a long time the next day. Xiaoyu was lying prone and wearing a Japanese one-piece school swimsuit and freediving gear: a vintage oval mask, a snorkel and fins. The mouthpiece of the snorkel was fixed to her mouth by bondage tape, so that she can only breathe through the snorkel. You may already know that we went on a vacation trip to Japan recently. While there, we had the privilege of visiting Director Ikari from COCOA SOFT.
